2. Subscription Services

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods are only issued in the following cases:

3. No Refunds for Free Trials

We encourage all users to utilize our free trial versions before making any purchase. Once a paid subscription or license is activated, it is non-refundable except under exceptional cases mentioned above.
